?復發性流產患者外周血調節性T細胞檢測及臨床意義作者:李成,張強單位:【摘要】 目的 探討不明原因復發性流產患者外周血以CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg(CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowT regular cells)為代表的調節性T細胞表達及其意義。方法 采用三色熒光抗體標記及流式細胞術分析20例不明原因復發性流產患者、正常妊娠組和正常非孕對照組外周血CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg占CD4+T淋巴細胞的比例。結果 正常孕婦外周血CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg較正常對照組差異有統計學意義(P<0.01),復發性流產患者CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg調節性T細胞較正常對照組差異有統計學意義(P<0.01),正常孕婦組較復發性流產患者組差別則更顯著;其中流產次數小于或等于3次的患者與流產次數大于或等于4次的患者其外周血CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg占CD4+T細胞百分比差異無統計學意義(P>0.05)。結論 原因不明復發性流產患者外周血中調節T細胞比例降低,這種改變導致原因不明復發性流產患者細胞免疫耐受被打破,可能是原因不明復發性流產患者發病的重要原因之一。 【關鍵詞】 復發性流產;調節性T細胞;流式細胞術Significance of measurement of regulation T cells in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion Li Cheng,Zhang Qiang Department of Clinical Laboratory, Bengbu Second Peoples's Hospital, Bengbu 233000[Abstract]Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg(CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowT Regular Cells) in the peripheral blood(PB) from patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion(URSA),to explore the mechanism of autoimmune intolerance in URSA.Methods The proportion of CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg in the PB of three groups of people (URSA patients that they had been diagnosed clearly, normal non-pregnant women and the normal pregnant woman) analyzed by triad colour fluoresce-labeled monoclonal antibody and using multiparameter flow cytometry.Results The proportion of CD4+CD25high-intCD127lowTreg/T CD4+ cells in the norma-省略部分-細胞比例下降導致了患者妊娠時的免疫耐受被打破,可能是造成原因不明復發性流產患者發病的重要原因之一?!緟⒖嘉墨I】 ?。?]Liu WH, Putnam AL, Zhou XY, et al.CD127 expression inversely correlates with FoxP3 and suppressive function of human CD4+Treg cells.J Exp Med, 2006,203(7):1 701-1 711. ?。?]Cobbold S P, Graca L, Lin C Y, et al.
